First for Kawasaki a best

Punchable face but their bike reviews are pretty nice

I love this thing so much. Feels like an extension of my body. Goes wherever I look, doesn't require much input at all.

loop it

Hopefully the wheelie control doesn't crap out on me because I definitely abuse the shit out of it. So much fun to go up and down the road ripping the throttle and adjusting wheelie control to see how much of a difference it makes.

Where my scooter friends at.

>tfw no cub

this but some videos are very informative
his voice and face are weird though

fuck off cuck

Nice, i hope those dont get recalled or have any major issues

Unironically wish they'd bring the new super cub to the US but they never will.

They pretty much told me to pepper my angus for electronic recalls. The tech showed me how to hard reset the computer and everything. I'm not in denial, it's gonna happen. The other day my auto-blipper between 1st and 2nd gear stopped working, pulled over and restarted, problem solved. ABS didn't initialize at the beginning of another ride, just turned it off and back on again and it was fine. The tech told me the motor is nearly bulletproof and it shouldn't do anything crazy like explode akin to the GSXR-1000Rs, but the electronic system is from a new supplier so there will be issues.

what is the consensus on one car? I need something to get me to next weeked
in that pic she reminds me of dagumi for some reason

There was a new cub in the US until 2015
It's a good thing you didn't buy one.

Such is life on the prairies. I'll be moving out east this summer, thankfully the roads get interesting out there.

If i wanted a useless opinion i'd go to a ducati dealership.

kek

A copy of the old cub isn't the new cub concept at all.

Sym has no dealers anyway.

pls don't crash

>Girl

She has milkers. She's a girl.

Just started riding last year so haven't explored much. Definitely sounds like a good idea to go out to the whiteshell, I'm down homie.

I'll register myself on the map too so we can plan some rides.

>No, Hammond
>It's the stig's weeaboo cousin!

Why do people always recommend used bikes as a first bike? Personally, I'm a little concerned about the previous owner's maintenance and parts just being old.

t. considering getting into motorcycles

sym is just a shitty poo ripoff version. Also just look at that sweet led headligh and turn signals

fuck off nobiek

Because you might(will eventually) fall and fuck up your bike and it would suck to do that to a new bike.

because you're going to lay it down
>But i
You're GOING to lay it down. It's part of the learning process.

Now what would you rather lay down then sell a year later? An 800 dollar ninja 250, or a 6000 dollar Honda starter that is now worth 1500 because you locked the front wheel in a parking lot and dropped it while almost stopped?

That's why I'm asking the dumb questions before potentially making dumb purchases

opinions on kymco kpipe 125? about to go buy one as my first bike later today

>kike advertising
>chin out of helmet

kys pls

you're going to fuck up along the way so its better to fuck up on a bike that's lost most if not all its value already

are you a kike?

Maintain it like you might a chinese bike and it's probably fine. I was looking at one for an around town bike but it really does feel kinda cheap. Tighten those bolts.

Honestly?
The multiple thousands you spend on a new bike are not in any way worth the knowledge you're the first owner
Because in a couple months the new smell goes away, stuff gets scratched and you realize half the value of the bike is gone for no good reason
The used market is bigger than you think, you will find a bike you like, but when you'll realise you prefer another you won't be tied to monthly payments or a massive loss in resale value
It's fun to fix stuff and learn how the machine you trust your life to is doing
The only reason you might want a newer bike is the tech, but trust me:
You don't need it

>I lack skill
>therefore so does everyone else
Post 125

Statistically, you'll drop your bike 1.6 times in your first year of riding
Now, this is merely a census, not a prediction, but it strongly suggests you WILL drop it
Probably more than once

First off all, it comes from stinky tofu land
2ndly, the build quality is horrendous.

t. I own one

They make engines and straight up bikes for bigger manufacturers and Taiwan, not China per se. It's probably fine.

Why not the Kymco Spade 150?

ive seen those cheap longching/songzhen engines explode in some oily mess m8.

>not respecting one of the few honest Moto journalists out there
kys 2bh

>Soyboy Syrupcuck edition.
You don't talk sit about Ryan!!

If you don't drop a bike, even once, you are a statistical anomaly. Yeah, it's possible, but you probably did it by riding like a pussy in optimal conditions only.
Falling off is only something to be ashamed of if you do it on the weekly, or if it makes you give up bikes.
Also, this is for a first bike, so the lack of skill comes with the territory, I'm not sure what your point is here.

But this in Kymco in Taiwan; they're partnered with Kawasaki and BMW, making engines for models released in the West. It's probably fine.

Ripped around with a '15 V-Strom and '96 Sportster last weekend. The V-Strom rocked, surprisingly quick bike.

Just because has Millkers doesn’t make her a girl or a boy. I think they are called hermaphrodite.

Where do you people find these insane prices for baikus? I've been cruising CL for weeks looking for something cheap like that. Is NYC just ass for bikes?

>NYC
yes. NYC is a hellhole for anything and everything price wise. The only thing you can get for cheap in NYC is mugged.

I'm in cleveland, I bought my first bike for 400, then i got a bike that ran and i could ride for 800. It was a shitpile and when i put the new engine i have for it in my garage, i'm going to give it to my dad so he can sell it in a year to another beginner who will lay it down.

mang ive banged young girls with no milkers

Ditto; my local CL is nothing but midlife crisis Harleys, dirtbikes, and sportbikes that new riders really should not be riding.

i'm happy for you harvey weinstien, but you really gotta keep a low profile for the next couple years.

put in the searchbar -harley to filter out all the beefqueefs and put in clean title to filter out Crackhead craig's recent five finger discounts.

I figured I'd have the regular nyc premium we pay for everything but Jesus Christ.

No Futa thanks

Veeky Forums, should I get a z900? Sat on one at the dealership, feels fantastic, and I love kawis, and it's time to upgrade from my well loved ex500. I commute every day, and do mountain twisties on the weekends, and I'm 6'4".

The insurance on an FZ09 is obscene in my area ($1600 a year for me, compared to $900 for the Z900), otherwise, redpill me on an upright naked bike, or any comfy sporty non SS.

I went all the way from clevaland to 10 miles from the new jersey border for my ZX12, don't be afraid to hop in a u-haul for a good deal.

Sup fellow Indian rider! Was just talking to co-workers about our upcoming road trips this year. Even got me a few new add ons

Fuck yea road trips.

How is that seat? I'm thinking of buying a new one

Give me your bike please

Z900 is a fine machine. I'd say to get something like an fz10 or gsxs1000 but the insurance will probably fuck you

Got a black Helite myself. Know a couple people that it's saved from injury.
That said I don't use it day to day when commuting

Good

there's bokugirl porn now?

My record is 4 times in one day. Could have probably squeezed a couple more out but I folded my thumb behind my hand on the last one and tore a tendon. That had me looking for the closest road and the easy way home.

>That said I don't use it day to day when commuting
Why not? Is it cumbersome?

by drop do you mean drop from a standstill or like low speed "crash"?

because I've never knocked over my bike just sitting there, I don't even really know how I'd do that without tripping and falling into it, but I've slid out in gravel like a retard twice at like 7mph.

A bit yeah and my commute is under 10 miles in town with 30mph speed limits.
If it was longer with highway travel I probably would wear it all the time.

it's all scraped up that's what it is! But it's pretty comfy, and it's nice and slippery on the sides, so it's easy to slide around on.

Currently, i have a cold throttle advance cable, two side views in the mail, and i have a exhaust end i need to drill out a bolt to mount, and a new OEM undertail that includes turn signals and a red taillight. It'll be 100% OEM. I bought it off a huge squid that laid it down, so i already replaced all fairings, the shitty chinese double bubble windscreen with an OEM, the horrid plumbers special exhaust with an OEM titanium can, Redid the valve shims, synced the throttlebody, and chainged both oil and filter because i diddn't trust him, and i removed the thrashed power commander. MIGHT put in a later model, but if anyone needs a scraped up power commander 3 non-USB with kawasaki connectors, there's one in my toolbox.

Here's what I rode in on today because i had to redo the windscreen bolt studs.

Here's the exhaust that came with the bike.

Weather is *finally* warming up, can't wait until a hoodie isn't needed in the morning

How's life /dbt/?

Nice b8 m8!

>b8
What does he mean my this?

sauce

Its Kancolle, not Bokugirl

This might be a sign to not ride for you. Or get a lighter smaller bike at least.

>lighter
Post limp noodle arms

it was actually below 70 this morning so I'd say today was a good day

I bought new as a beginner and can't relate to any posts here
just do you, don't listen to anyone, if you want a new bike buy one, but of course you should think about the things people tell you and know all that before you do it

Wow that's bad. Nice ZG by the way, I really like the Blue one. How many miles were on the 12 when you bought it? Looks thrashed, I was very lucky to find my 03 completely stock with only 16k miles and one owner

Tfw 28 degrees this morning. Brrrr

tfw summer is over

Sometimes you fall off road, well unless you're a soyboy.

> post soy milkshake

wew, I once rode back from da club and it was in the 40's. I was reaching levels of shaking that shouldn't be possible
>t. floridian

30K something. It's been thrashed all it's life. I'm looking into a new clutch basket because i can bet my bottom dollar that's going to take a shit soon. The guy had the tires at 18PSI and ran a flat spot into them. He wasn't even doing burnouts, because this bike came with burnout flat tires, so i know what those look like.

Rode in that a week or two ago when it was those temps at 4:30am. I have a fairly short 10-15 minute commute to work and my fingies were still frozen by the time I got to base. While waiting in line to get through the gate, I hunched over and put my hands as close to the motor as I could to warm them up.

Really really suggest investing in cold weather gear for anyone in a temperate climate. I might not go out for hours in the winter, or go that fast, but the season doesn't end. I ride all winter, unless there is snow that sticks, which happens 2-3x a year.
