It's the same grind special item to play event as usual, difference being we don't have to grind one duelist over and over afterwards. The event itself doesn't seem that interesting, it's just hopping on the board an occasionally dueling current LDs with their current decks. They didn't even bother to put the characters in their DK outfits

Do NOT use the modded apk for the Duelist Kingdom event duels. The event duels are supposed to omit sending normal data but instead track other things, such as whether you used Summoned Skull or Curse of Dragon. When the modded apks fails to send any data about this, but instead sends a bunch of irrelevant, unsolicited data about how many fusion summons you made, your account will be flagged.
There is no risk however in using the modded apk in the standard world.
