However one thing slipped my mind in the purchasing process, something that XIII featured that drove me nuts.

Does XV feature a progressive level cap like it's predecessor? I know it helped balanced the gameplay, and prevented you from being massively overpowered for important boss fights and things like that, but I just hate being limited like that, it took some freedom away from you.

It was originally level 100 then they raised to 120.

You can level up as much as you like in any point of the game. Theres no level cap per chapter as you're suggesting.

There is no level scaling if that's what you mean. You can be as overleveled or underleveld as you want.

Theres an accessory that prevents you from leveling up.

Honestly I'd wait for Orlandu to roll around, since he'll probably be obtainable at Level 50 off the bat again. You can craft retaliate and use him to try and cheese your way through higher level content that way, its what I did when I started up JP

I destroyed the game by staying around the hammerhead area as soon as it was open (so around chapter 2 I believe) And proceeded to grind my way up to level 42, good times

Can't wait to get his BSB in that Crystal Tower draw. His OSB was my first big DPS relic but I haven't had luck putting together a holy team. Hopefully I can get WoL's Chain and an imperiler at some point.

I've pulled for Agrias' BSB like 10 times. It's not even that great but I want it.
