Someone had to do it eventually, and its been established that Arthur can't do it because there was no real unity between her and her knights, because they're all kinda selfish. Iskandar can summon all of his dudes, but there should be a balance out there of a king who can summon only his elite squad for his NP.

There's only like four guys in history who are super famous for leading knights in the same way as Arthur, and Charlemagne is probably one of them.
