Win conditions are fine, plenty of great games have hard wincons

What wincons should be: medium-long buildup which you opponent can predict and counter, multiple cards involved to pull off the necessary combination. Seraph is an example of a well-designed wincon.

What they actually are: A single thoughtless card that immediately wins the game, or enables a win next turn with no chance to counter it. Cannot be countered by 99% of decks, usually gives the match an arbitrary timer in which you have to win before they use it to win the game outright because there is no other counterplay. Aegis and Dshift are examples of bad wincon design. I'd say Eachtar too but his actual winning ability relies on keeping a board for a full turn.
