Problem is this, it's almost impossible to stay away from him in the Chateu, because the map is too small and cramped, so by the time you manage to do some damage the fatfuck just takes another small hallway and you are fucked. Also baiting his hook is easier to say than to do. Not impossible but still too hard for you to consistently counter him. My only solution so far? Staying away from him, with McCree I fuck everyone hard except him.

They got another sniper recently, he has stealth and a 1300 damage shot, he can also shoot once while in stealth. They nerfed the only fun tank (ruckus) giving him shitty missiles instead of his immensely useful damage reduction. Have fucking fun.

McCree is very good if you have a decent aim, good at mid-range and a sure kill at close. Roadhog is probably the best one tho, he has no real counters that fuck him over, extremely strong at close range, decent at mid and has crazy survivability.
Reaper is also pretty cool but he suffers at mid range.

Same reason they reworked Lucio.
Mercy before the rework was little skill and all reward.
Now she's high skill high reward.
Also Rez made Mercy fucking mandatory and when a character is MADE mandatory it makes all the other characters in that class inferior. This was a good thing for Mercy. This was a good thing for Overwatch.

You lose the icon. This solves the problem where you queue into a match where the other team (seemingly) has several people above your team's rank, which causes your team to throw a temper tantrum, because they didn't check career profiles to see that those people have fallen out of the displayed rank.

Zen is all about positioning, if you get killed it's because you weren't protected by your team or because of the usual ults. He's my most played as well and don't have as many problems as you seem to have.
