no, you just need a job that pays slightly above the average salary

They are more expensive to buy, and tax and insurance are through the roof on them. Also muscle cars are not suited to our roads so its only Ameriboos who buy them.

no, you just need to be an american

They dont cost the same in every country

In mine a base-model GT is $135 000 or very close

i'm in uk and i dont think ive ever seen an ECOBOOST® Mustang
all i see are GTs (or maybe 4-cyls with 5 . 0 badges put on them by pathetic owners)

Not any wealthier than you have to be to buy a sporty 2-Series.

However what you need to have is far less taste than even a BMW buyer.

they sell more v8s

>Costs like 50-60K $ in here
>I bet the insurance will be like 1K $ per year
>Average monthly salary is like 1500$
>1 gallon of gas is like 5 or 6 bucks

base gt is like £32k here,, only like 12k more than a TVR. not worth it tho, doesn't have the homicidal tendencies or noise

>less taste
>to buy a better car for the same money

Netherlands, GT is €115.000 or $145,000

You'd have to be absolutely retarded to spend that kind of money on a mustang.

>bmw
>good taste

>Soyboy memes
"Even less taste" means that BMW buyers have horrible taste in the first place, you illiterate slug.

>could care less

>911 Carrera S money for a fucking Mustang
disgusting

Except that the 911 will equally be more expensive in the Netherlands. It's not like they have a specific "Ford Mustang" tax. Powerful large displacement cars are all expensive there.

Yeah I found this out when I told the yuropeens that I used to game with that I had a Mustang. It was a base 4.6 and they thought I was rich but it only cost me 9k. I went on some of the foreign ford websites and my jaw dropped. There is no way anyone would pay that much for these fucking things. The Ameriboos worshipped my car even though it had only a few simple mods.

Mustang outsold Porsche for a period of time in Germany when they started selling them

>Europeans have a skewed view of American cars due to the price being outrageous
>Think they're shit
Yeah, for the cost they would be shit. But in the US they are so much cheaper.

I keep seeing more and more of them locally. I think it's because people are tired of dealing with VAG or other German car issues. And the Japanese no longer make cheap powerful cars only fwd crossover abominations

How is country able to do this shit with such taxes? How is this fair? Why transportation gov is not fired yet? Why are people getting fucked in ass for some larger displacement? I dont get it. Zero freedom, no better than N. Korea.

Most of them are bought to show off, not to deal less with DE stuff. Exotic rare car, great sound, flashy, "Mustang" sounds manly and dominating, true "american pride" etc.

GT in USA

Isn't mustangs considered a cheap, plastic car in the US too?

So no, to answer your question

In Czechia only the V8 is being sold, sounds dope

$50,406 insurance will be pretty high here because it's calculated based on engine displacement, number of seats and how old it is (I pay $16 a month for an '86 MR2) so this will be around $120/m

Too bad the climate in here is extremely car-enthusiast unfriendly...
You are literally worse than Hitler if you mod your car in here...

No, you need a little penis

do you mean the tech inspection or the people? I'm afraid of the semi-annual inspection, but otherwise nobody gives a crap or is stoked to see a modded car

Both. To the soccer moms you are a killer and to the inspection you are an awesome cash cow.
And the stuff that got passed during the last year is fucking mental.
I have a completely legal, almost manufacturer made exhaust system done as an aftermarket upgrade. Thing is 110% legal in Germany and passes every single test the Krauts throw at it. Yet it was an absolute nightmare to register the car in here.
I'm seriously considering staring doing all the work by myself since the stealerships are forced by law to report any modifications or face fines.
Literal car hell.

Itd be your dream car if it had >muh heritage

nobody buys Mustangs in Europe, silly, we make better cars by default

Jesus. No wonder trump probably going to commit to a trade war

No, just stupid enough to buy one.

Sorry, while writing my last reply i thought you were talking about Czechia, realized my mistake after sending it, well the inspection here can send you away for just not liking your face, or you can pass with a 30 y/o rustbucket shitbox with barely working brakes if you're the inspectors buddy from the secret police (pre-revolution). The closest we got to soccer moms are upper/uppper middle class moms in suv's who tailgate everyone and everything all the time just to go 20 under in the fast lane 3 secs later. Other people just think loud = fast.

I guess it's also ameriboos to an extent. And people like V8 noises and much torks. Then they proceed to only ever drive around very slowly and boomerly on the rare occasion they use the Mustang instead of the main car.

i honestly welcome bigger mirrors
the tiny fucking things on my Falcon can hardly be called mirrors

jesus that would be 28k in euros.. now theyre not that expensive in germany but compared to america youre still paying twice as much

which fucking sucks

It's the best selling foreign sports car in Germany.
Pic related, the number of registered sports cars as of 01.01.2017 ("Sonstige" is "Other").
The reason is that there isn't much choice if you want an NA sports car. It's the cheapest NA V8 currently being sold, and the second cheapest NA sports car over all (370Z being the cheapest one). Yes, some people over here like displacement too.

It's 38,000 bongs, or 52,000 dollarydoos in britain. Good compared to the Netherlands but still a significant increase in cost. Madness that it's 3 times more than that still in Dutch land. They really do hate cars.

Jasně že jsem mluvil o Čechách tyvole...

people with the money for a mustang gt dont buy a mustang, unless they are boomers that wish they were american

Average age isn't even in boomer territory

Germany
no

tak jo

I've seen the occasional V6 here but no ecoboosts. I see the same few V8s around here a lot though.

>Netherlands taxes high displacement cars
>therefore its like North Korea

In poland:
50k usd for ecoboost
57k usd for GT
Never saw an ecoboost. always GT

for reference base focus is 20k usd here

mx-5 from 26k usd
fiata is 34k usd
GT86 is 38k usd

115k is the 'from' price which is auto because muh co2 luxury tax. The 6mt is 127k

Dont be a retard and think that its some European tax put on american vehicles because we're in some economic war with you or whatever. Everything with any sort of power is expensive, wether it be american or not

damn you have norway tier prices. I always thought the car scene there was more accessible.

romania: 39k for yuroboost. 45k for v8. both manual coupes
gt86 (only one sold here IIRC) is 32k for the fully specced one. 22(?)k for miata

but tbqh if you're shopping a new car here dealers will bend backwards for you. I got a mid spec 2017 civic for 20k, with free winter tires and a bunch of other bonuses. could have gotten some used bmw/audi for that money that would have been inferior by all margins

the 911 with the pdk is affordable due to being a tarbo motor. The NEDC bullshit favors that. That's why the mazda 3 is relatively pricey even though it's the only C segment that actually gets advertised fuel economy
>meanwhile a 6mt mustang GT is 127k
Lmao reset the matrix, the jews have won this round. Neterlandistan is truly retarded when it comes to taxes like that anual wealth tax or 52% income tax. Can't wait until it's June so I can start looing at a different country

The countries with the highest wealth taxes have the lowest financial inequality and best life quality in the world. When will you free market libertarian fags finally learn?

Ford focus in Israel 37k US dollars
mx-5 67k US dollars

JUST

Life quality according to standardized criteria perhaps. That stuff isn't via a survey or so.
Also why the fuck would I pay 115k every single year on close to 7 million? It's fucking ridiculous

What country?

Standardised criteria as opposed to what?

norway

But there is a 10% tariff vs 2.5% in the US.

As opposed to a national survey? You can't ignore the ever increasing number of depressions, suicide (-attempts) (not counting the "le tide pod challenge" crowd). The migration out of Netherlandistan has been increasing every single year. Are you trying to imply that, in a 10 year timespan, 2 million people leaving and 2.5 million people coming in, into a population of say 17 million, doesn't have lasting consequences for what that society looks like? I'm trying to not go full /pol/ here but various societal groups notice, from gays being beaten for holding hands, mohammed and achmed beating bus drivers to within an inch of their life, to the police ignoring messages of drugs beingg trafficked because they can't do shit.
I really love the Netherlands don't get me wrong, but yuropistan in general will probably die in a fire and I'd like to be gone before that happens

>to the police ignoring messages of drugs beingg trafficked because they can't do shit.
police in germany don't do much about albanian mafia either because it's better to ignore them as oppose to having a small civil war go on

I have a GT350 coming to me in Germany, how much should I try to sell it for? Also where should I advertise it in Europe?

finland likes muscle cars no?

Maybe, how are their taxes when it comes to private sale? I think most people in Europe will be turned away by their communist socialist taxes or no?

duh. there's still richfags who are into american cars

I think this one time it's actually the jews

Fuel is $6/gal here so yes

No better than N. Korea. Thats the most bullshit tax idea ive seen. Why cant i enjoy large displacement cars, not being richfag? Why shitty gov forces me to pay ton of taxes? Its my fucking property and not your god damn business what i own. Powerful vehicles are not banned - why should i pay extra for something non existant? I already pay for fuel - which is basically a tax in itself, especially for large displacement engines. Europe is beyond saving with regulations like these. Cars are just pieces of metal and they act like its VERY important part of your everyday life. What the fuck are they thinking. Disgusting pigs

>>Netherlands taxes high displacement cars
This is wrong. They tax CO2 emission ratings, nothing to do with power output or engine displacement.

Real question is why would anyone even want a Mustang?

It is a very important part of everyday life if it has the potential to ruin urban planning and life quality. Granted, large displacement taxes aren't the solution, but the point stands. Cars need to be as restricted as reasonable, not as unrestricted as possible, otherwise we all end up like god-awful fucking Murrika.

>brb, EU "Progress", bureaucrats in brussels who face no elections or actual voters, operating their own government and setting rules, complete with their own budget
>Take in these refugees so they can lay in your lax social safety net that has no incentive to get off of it, bigot.
>"But it's good because"

People buy them in america because they're affordable. In europe not so much

But they're ugly as shit.

Tons of 5.0 in New Zealand. Love it.

but American cars get a 10% tariff.

The newer ones are objectively better looking that 90% of the trash on the road, and the older ones are pure art.

does that price include VAT?

because wanting something is subjective. Interior quality is like VW Lupo from 2002, doesn't drive good, gets shit l/100km, insurance is a bitch. But I want one because, well, I like it.

>VAT
>in Burgerland, Land of the Free and Home of the Brave

We do have sales tax

Here in Brazil a Camaro SS costs just shy of $ 100000,00. And then there's the huge amount of taxes, insanely expensive fuel, heavy tariffs on any imported parts and the overall likelihood that fellow hues will vandalize your car, when not just try to steal it outright (talking about armed robbery here, none of that nonsense of showing up while the owner is away).

Being a petrolhead in this country is fucking awful.

In fact, I forgot to mention that in this country we earn less and EVERYTHING is expensive af.

VAT isn't the same as sales tax, silly

>hurr durr look at me i'm poor
>pls pity me

Why every Brazilian is like this? The OP asked about the price of the car not the problems that your shithole has that nobody fucking cares.

t. Paraguayan

More like you'd have to be retarded to live in a place like that. Is Amsterdam the only thing going for that place?

gibe moni

I wish I could find the book at the moment, but essentially, there's a perversely depressive undertow in those cultures.

Are you really this dense? It all piles up with the cost, my man. Now sell me some muamba. :^)

In holland it costs the same

Well the older the car is the lower the tax, 2013 cars aren't much more expensive than german ones if you import them yourself, the tax is made to make gas guzzlers more expensive, but they will decrease this tax to zero in the future, they can't just abolish it all in one day because traders would go bankrupt

Dubs of truth, fucking this

In Germany the Mustang GT is starting from 46k€ / 57k$

40k€ - $49.5k for the Ecoboost and 47k - $58k for the GT base price in Spain, so yeah, above average paying salary if you only spend your money on cars, as we are having our second house price/rent bubble at the moment

While big ass freight ships idle in their harbors, planes fly overhead burning leaded jet fuel, and diesel shitboxes spew actual toxic gas.

Gotta discourage passenger car carbon dioxide emissions though

All of those things are necessary. Driving a car with a huge engine isn't.

Even a fucking golf would cost $100k there.

Meanwhile in rotterdam
nos.nl/artikel/2106898-mega-cruiseschip-in-rotterdam-is-geen-feest-voor-het-milieu.html
>REEEEEEEEE CAN'T HAVE PRE 2003 DIESELS MUH POLLUTION NUH DPF MUH SCR
>Oh yeah that cruise ship idling 3 days straight, yeah let it be
Pic related is from that article. The oranjr clouds are literally nitric acid which causes a reflex that makes it impossible to breathe (hence top fuel mechanics with those masks)

Kek, GT V8 loaded 50K€ here. Fuck the EU, seriously.
