No, it seems two threads were made before they reached the bump limit because they reached the image limit first. The older one got abandoned until now and the second one got forced a bit but it's closer to the bump limit now, only the Kintoki thread got to hit the bump limit. I didn't even notice the older Liz thread was still active, but at this point they will probably never leave given only one person forces them.

While he is incredibly powerful, you cannot guarantee that the meta will perpetually remain Buster centric. There have already been some fights where the ideal team composition did not include Merlin (hard mode Kiara, the recent Fuyuki Memorial quest), and having some 2030s is good insurance in case the meta evolves back towards Arts.
