How do you guys determine who gets Hone or Fortify on flier/cav teams? For instance, do units with already high defense or attack get fortify/hone respectively, or should i do the opposite to maximize that high defense/attack? Trying to figure out who to give Caeda's Fortify Fliers to; right now I'm thinking Subaki.
