Because people want attention from a specific person and when faced when the prospect of someone else giving them that attention, they shy away. Ah fuck, I wasn't sure myself and had to double check. It comes with HW, the previous expac, but NOT the base game. Base game is pretty cheap now on the SE shop though.

Odd that you're having different search results though. I just checked CDkeys for you but they're all EU keys. Strangely, G2A has the base game for NA for me as well.

Either way, play the trial as it's pretty extensive while you find a copy of the base game which should keep you occupied for some time.

Depends on the size and how long the pull will last.
Generally you want to be in Mage's Ballad for Rain of Death procs. Try to keep up 3 sets of dots (much easier with the 30 second trait) and spam quick nock/rain of death between iron jaws.
For smaller pulls of like 2-3 mobs I'd hold back a bit on quick nock spam cause TP, also if they die fast (idk,

Tanking is really easy. It has the most responsibility for the most part in a dungeon, but it's very forgiving so long as you're not dumb. There's a gap between decent and good obviously but that's true for every role. You only need to be decent to reap the rewards without any pain.
