He's actually a really cool unit. DB3, QR3 and SB3 with decent stats make him one of the better archers. It's really a shame I only have one and I don't want to go back into colorless hell.

+spd on regular ike is probably one of his better IVs. You can reach 37 speed w/ fury and be in a pretty good position

Mine is -atk. Heavy Blade is good but seeing sub 50 atk on Ike makes me want to blow my brains out so I went with fury / luna
