What is worth more: a love gem or a normal sticker?

Which would you rather receive: 1 love gem or 1 normal sticker?

Which raibus love you so much that they keep flooding your scouts again and again?
In my case it's Honoka/Rin for Muse, and Kanan/Riko for Aqours. When I get an UR, it's almost always one of those, guaranteed. Or even SRs.

A gem is worth a lot more than a sticker. I think it's an average of ~9.5 10+1 pulls per UR. You'll also end up with a lot of stickers to buy more blue tickets with.

The gem has more value. You can use the love gem for tiering, or completing goals that grant you more lovecca. You can get Rs to seal as a reward for completing normal lives (as well as bond points and experience), or even from free scouting.

But you can buy a blue ticket with 30 normal stickers.

Chika and Ruby. They're usually on the half of the set I scout in.

I can easily get a normal sticker when doing lives in boxes, by free scout and getting R cards.
Gems on the other hand are harder to get.

50 love gems yields ~9 N stickers

30 N stickers = 1 Blue ticket
