It's tiring for us right now because later on in the story you get a different H-scene depending on whether Ai dyed her hair, or if she passed her exams, or a combination of both. I was working with four save file at one point.
So if you only have one save file, you won't see all H-scenes. But we're just getting four in a row now.

From what I can tell you could get a single text error around it, but I can't confirm. The second post seems to indicate it was only by swapping between the two different patch uploads rather than going from no patch to patch.

I imagine in one playthrough you would get half or less than that due to how to how Irru is saying the choices split things. So it probably isn't as bad as it sounds if playing normally, though if you want full completion it might be a bit much.
