I don't think I said I was good at the combat, I don't particularly like RS3's but even if I was, I wouldn't be interested in PVM, and I never was, not even before rs3 existed. I only did bosses for death tasks which didn't exist prior to me quitting in 2008, and I stopped doing those after I got 99 slayer on this new account that I started in 2015 thanks to Darkscape which brought me back into the main game. I always skipped Telos though.

T90 armor can go past level 10, just don't siphon it until you have used up like 99000/100000 charges so it can last a little bit longer.

If you aren't training invention then why siphon it at level 12 or whatever and not when its charges are nearly used up?
to get item level 20 , you would need 972k item xp, that's roughly getting item level 10 24 times
I usually get 6 siphons at level 9 plus the diss at level 10, rounding up to 220k item level until it runs out of charges
it would be impossible to reach even item level 15
that means 6 level bonuses you would never get to use on your t90 armour
