Newfags pls go. The Volvo 240 was the official car of Veeky Forums before the prices on used Miatas bottomed out. They’re insanely reliable. However, I would say to find a 740 turbo wagon instead. They’re much more common, turbos are decently powerful, they can be modded, and they’re much more luxurious. Also much better looking

Honestly, not much. There's lots of S/V/C70's and S80's, 850's, most for less than $3000. But get used to seeing the engine light on ALL THE TIME.
There's a few 740/750's and 240's, but the price is all over the place. No surprise, the simpler RWD's are more sought after.
