Cheap paintjobs ALWAYS fucking ruin the car.
It will look like the usual totally beaten up Twingo.
It's your car, do whatever you please of course but I don't think a new paintjob that doesn't cost more than the car is worth will be an upgrade.
You could experiment with some wraps though since those can be removed and it's actually fun to have different wraps.
ALSO, lookup "paintless dent repair". It's actually incredible how much you can remove dents without having to fill and repaint. A cheap car with dents is the best fucking chance to get good at this and if you're talented it will look amazing for almost no money.
