How do I get my glasses to stop fogging up when I wear full face helmets? I would wear a 3/4 face or keep the visor up, but I can't find any real information on what counts as approved eye protection in my state, and I don't want me glasses to not count and then get clowned with a random ticket.

Yes I breathe through my nose, yes I crack the visor, the vents are open (no exhaust vents though). The fog is worse at stop but the eyeglasses are pretty much fogged constantly.
My plan is this with a 3/4 if I can't get them to stop fogging. Except I have prescription sunglasses so I'd just wear those.
