Those are in the PTR only. D.va's getting a faster recharge o her matrix after the duration reduction, Mercy got her damage and speed nerfed in Valkyrie, and she can't res through walls/barriers. Doomfist got his punch hitbox fixed which nerfed him and Junkrats are just spamming more but they still get shat on.
