That is the plan. I would definitely write a very strict script since I have specific points and examples/solutions that I want to present. 99% of people can haphazardly point out something like "zoning is overpowered" but very few can even begin to make concrete and fair changes that dont simply just shuffle the tierlist while fundamentally changing nothing but speeds and framedata. Im hopeful for my approach seeing as how NRS clearly isnt afraid to fundamentally reinvent certain characters (See: Aquamans combo launcher was completely removed)

Her story's actually pretty deep. She was at her lowest point when Gil found her, and because of that she legitimately believes he's her God. Then she turns into a crazy cultist and becomes even deeper entrenched into Illuminati lore than Urien or Gil, and tries to hijack Bison's doomsday play just to try and fulfill a prophecy that would proclaim Gil as the true savior of mankind.
