Do you already have a previa? Take it to a 4wheel parts store or somewhere that sells truck and offroading accesories. Show them that pic and tell them you want to build it up for camping.

Do some mods for skid plates and ground clearance. It helps on rougher trails and back roads. If you can't make it over something, just let the plates take the blow and plow over stuff. Maybe get a smaller steel bumper so you can drop the front in deep holes and small washouts.
