Chieftain Mk 5 needs APDSDU, and the Mk 10 needs it's correct horsepower and engine power, APFSDS-T penetration values, stillbrew armor layout, and to remove the ability of APFSDS detonating like they have explosive filler.

For Air RB, somewhat yes. They have decent Aircraft here and there. For Ground RB, they're great because most of the lines have Planes that can carry RP-3s.

Conway, Conqueror, Centurion Mk.10, Vickers might be Tier V but they're all 7.0 to 7.3, so they'll get downtiered to 6.0-6.7 matches quick a bit so they'll be shitting on Tier 4s. Also, if you want to get technical the 183mm TD has HESH.

That I know but it completely shits on the IS-6 on frontal engagements and with stabilizers means you can fuck Russian and German heavies that have a hard time getting their guns on target after stopping to shoot. HESH is on equal terms with HEAT-FS, it can kill easily but sometimes you'll get those streaks where you get non-pens or your shit just gets eaten by an optic, track, machine gun, or a crew member.
