Pretty sure there a bunch of better interiors than this POS.

Lol, the fact that a 12 inch "Tesla" screen in a pickup truck just proves that these trucks are no longer working man's workhorses.. just big pavement queens lol.

There is already problems with that 12 inch screen as it froze at the auto show shown here:

Typical Fiat-Chryshit problems lol...

This has gotta be bait.

>no HDMI in
where do you plug in the switch then?

That looks like the sat-nav on a boat.

Flaws found:
>pinstripe is neither cool nor good and belongs solely on old man trousers
>stitching on panels is ugly and looks like a cheapo bodge job
>buttons literally fucking eveywhere is unnecessary
>most of the stupid shit those buttons are attached to is unnecessary
>giant distract-o-tron built into the centre console, because there aren't enough inattentive fucks on the road already
>dimmer switch gear knob
>fuckhueg logo stuck on the steering wheel that turns the airbag into a claymore
>start/stop meme button
>handbrake is a tiny button on the centre console, because who is going to press it anyway when "park" exists?
>the word "RAM" everywhere just in case you forget which kind vehicle you bought
>the word "LIMITED" everywhere to remind you of what you are

I think I might have just eaten some bait. Oh well.

I like the general layout.
I like how the manual doesn't pretend to be a manual with that knob instead of a "stick".
In a truck, you'd probably want an automatic too, for torque multiplication reasons and not burning out your clutch trying to tow something very heavy, even if nobody uses trucks for work these days.
The gauges are alright.
The steering wheel controls looks pretty practical.
The portrait screen is a nice size but the GUI does not match the interior of the vehicle.
Multiple USB charge ports is a plus and unlike some vehicles I've driven they're immediately accessible.
Separate vents for side window defrosting are nice and so are the positions of the ones in the center of the dash, beside the screen.
Quality expected to be mediocre but sufficient for practical purposes.

7.2/10 would be glad to drive regularly.

What I love about these is that, they don't pretend the interior is anything other than black plastic. Unlike the Ram and many other modern cars, you have so many metal-look looking plastics that are actually worse quality than rubbery black plastics and are only there for the design and cosmetics, rather than actual quality and durability. It's pathetic the world we live in is all about posing and show.

Oh yes, the good old days when shiny plastic trim wasn't a thing in a bmw
How would you bitchey little queens comply with federally mandated backup cameras without a screen?
Since when does a truck have to be a work vehicle? Do you apply this same logic to all vehicles?

And they stole the interior design from FORD. It's painfully obvious; you'd think euros could do better, but I guess not.

Came here to post this
>tfw also have M-TECH 1 steering wheel

Sexy

I nominate E39 M5

>Since when does a truck have to be a work vehicle

They're main purpose is to haul shit in the bed or be used as a utility vehicle, but dumbfuck americans somehow turned it into a status symbol for hicks down in the south.

No, that's everywhere sweetie. And you buy a truck to pull, not haul. Automobiles should only be transportation appliances if everyone followed your logic.

I quite like my car's interior

Attached: 2016-Mazda-MX-5-Miata-Interior.jpg (2000x1378, 1.65M)

that specific brand mentality

Attached: 1521141801522.jpg (2048x1360, 373K)

What? Looks like a perfectly normal climate vent to me. Why don't we talk about the ridiculously oversized gas pedal, the dog leg shift pattern, the useless little cubby under the cryptic climate controls, the window switches on the center console, the shift boot that blends into the knob, the angling of everything away from the passenger, and/or the awkwardly low seating position?

Everything you mentioned is a positive
>Cryptic climate controls
Were you dropped on your head?

>Were you dropped on your head?
Tell me why the hell do you need a 10 foot slider for a binary setting?

What is this kind of incoherent trash. Knowing muritards the materials are cheapo af as well.

Oh, it's bait.

Protip:

I could fit this entire shitbox A3 as is in the bed of my Sierra HD.

fine sarcasm, underrated

needs a bench seat for road head/love and extra passengers

I uh I just want a truck. C-can I get manual windows?

>And you buy a truck to pull, not haul.

You seriously can't be this retarded. Guess the entire bed is redundant then since whats the point of it if it's not meant to be hauling stuff.

>Automobiles should only be transportation appliances

And you're saying they're not? They already are. Lol.

Attached: 1520115452484.png (623x450, 36K)

I really like that.
>no bench seat
fucking dropped

>posts "luxury" trim of the shitboxiest euroshitbox that ever shitboxed

First rule of Veeky Forums interior ranking should be if it ain't cockpit style, it's shit.

Attached: 2017-Mazda-Kai-Concept-Interior-01.jpg (1600x900, 102K)

Mine is a drift car yo she gets sideways

Your pic is too...70s western, would prefer a black plastic

Except the A3 is an executive car. Of course nothing Amerisharts can understand since luxury and style over there is literally just about making something bigger.

Attached: Audi-A3_Sedan-2017-ig.jpg (2160x1200, 369K)

Mate, it's literally an upmarket trim of the fucking Golf. You know, the fucking epitome of "people's car" in Europe.

Me like

A
>German
executive car*
aka a glorified polish farmer's car.

Not fucking claustrophobic and all the controls are designed to be operated blind.

THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE BED? Oh fuck my sides you stupid mother fucker

jesus christ look at the size of that fucking steering wheel

Might be the best interior I've ever seen, second maybe to the Bentley Speed 6 Concept.

>that fucking dodge knob for the gears

Nope.

>And you buy a truck to pull, not haul
lol

>copying one of the worst aspects of Tesla cars

>Since when does a truck have to be a work vehicle?
the beginning

because it's mechanical retard

The towing capacity, doofus.

Attached: DSC6721-1000x563.jpg (1000x563, 136K)

If you had used one, you'd know it's not binary. You can use the whole range of adjustment

what's the issue?
it's not like autos need a lever anyway, it's all make believe
at least this is honest

because the physical feedback is nice

feedback you get twice a drive anyway

lol our old shop truck was a dodge with that fucking dial shifter and this happened more than you'd think. can't remember if it just wouldn't turn or if it turned but nothing happened? it was more annoying than anything else

Manual + automatic? What is going on here?

Lol is a Chrysler product. That screen is gonna last a week

my truck has it. i hate it, but later i just forget about it. still wished for the column shift

hai brudder

If there were a hybrid of that interior and this one, I would use it for the cockpit of the spaceship I ride to escape these feels

Attached: 2000-lexus-ls400-interior.jpg (2039x1360, 262K)

Test

ticles

4wd settings. It's an old Land Rover

Why do the cupholders light up

Why 2 infotainments

I would prolly feel a little gay frabbing that stick

Attached: ford_16f250_interior3.jpg (600x600, 175K)

Not sure if Peugeot does this, but my 300c cupholder lights are blue when cooling and red when warming.

Ya nothinf beats my old e31 for pilotness feels

Attached: interior3_zps9e6a3bd2.jpg (1024x682, 95K)

hnngggggg

nsx, supra and C4 corvettes have maximum pilot feel

Then why not get a Jimmy or S10 type truck?

>Not a Saab at Night

This is unironically a really well designed interior. You can use every single knob and button without looking at it, it has outstanding haptic feedback, and everything does what it looks like it should do. People complain about the window switched but otherwise it's almost flawless.

God damn Mazda crushing shit right now.

>Saab
how many cocks did you suck today?

why, why cant modern cars have interiors like this? old cars have such simple and beautiful interiors. today's cars is just filled with touch screen bullshit and all this unnecessary bloat.

are there ANY modern cars that just beautifully simple interiors?

Attached: 88c.jpg (673x625, 15K)

Modern cars are just an appliance tool to get to from a and to b and so there is no need for aesthetics because there is no emotional attachment to such an item.

>giant ass gay screens and no knobs

>not liking saab interiors with airplane inspired weird shit
imagine being this tasteless

>are there ANY modern cars that just beautifully simple interiors?
Yeah. BMW.

Attached: bmw_m2_coupe_114.jpg (1200x675, 113K)

That's the polished turd version of an American teen girls car. I really like the ipad mini stapled to the dash and the comically oversized hvac vents.

I didn't say I didn't like Saab interiors. You're 100% right. Saab's are the only proper answer to cockpit-esque interiors. All I asked was how many cocks you sucked today? What does that have to do with the interior aesthetic at all? Don't be such a fag.

Attached: Saab-9000-interior.jpg (800x652, 38K)

Goddamn that’s ugly
