Moonman was meant to be counter to Spawn. After Spawn got nerfed, he is completely useless. It's another example of Cygames trying create OP cards and then counter them in the next set.

The biggest issues I noticed is that I obviously can't trade, need to go first and mulligan like a god and also can't finish up anyone if they put down a ward due to lack of burn damage like Dirt, Blood etc. Literally no difference from 1.0 pepe and Aggro Sword.
