Either way, the team that wins more just wins, whether Splatoon 1 post a few months of launch or splatoon 2

Oh, that's pretty stupid. Seems to me like the best system would be to just give 1 point per percentage and tally them up then. Or just the current system to be honest.

Popularity would always win because bit he the gameplay ratings have a matchmaking system to ensure the games are about even. If the options differ in popularity by more than 10% which is easily doable, it would be almost impossible for a splatfest to be decided by games played.

Popularity and win percentages were both used as standalone numbers. Wins were multiplied by 2 (which later changed to x4 because people complained then to x6 because people still complained)

So a team who had a win percent of 55 and a popularity percent of 25 would get 135 points in the x2 win system while the opposing team with 45% wins and 75% popularity would have 165. Anyways, even if they were still using the retarded wins x6 multiplier, invisibility would have still lost because the popularity difference wasn't significant enough

I think it should because it ups the salt production.

Rolling isn't as great for those. Use it mostly to get yourself out of danger or fire. Doesn't speed up kills like the other dualies. Just gives you a small accuracy boost.
