This is exactly what Riot wants. They LOVE the tank meta. They knew EXACTLY what was gonna happen when they made that disgusting Stoneplate item and simulatenously buffing all the other defensive items and nerfing % damage masteries.. this 5k Cho pressing a button to gain 5k more health and facerolling into the enemy team is just what they want.
