If you want constant uptime, it's a pretty decent idea, although you'll probably only need one or the other. For high usage weapons like Chargers or Blasters, though, it wouldn't be a bad idea putting both on a set.

Not him but Splatling main here, I think it's a strong combination. On a lot of maps you should basically be firing all the fucking time, more uptime means more ink on the ground for your team and more time the enemy can't charge you.

It is unaffected. I suspect it's the same calculation for run speed (firing) and a mistake on the creator's part.

I often find myself short handed when using the shield then leading with an attack, always low on ink.

Actually, I noticed you don't have ink resist on there. Use that; as dualies you end up in enemy ink more often than most.
