I pubbed them for a bit when fresh HL. Usually if not hosting, the host and one other do big dick carry dps, you get 1-2 leeches, 1 person fresh to HL with good intentions, and yourself. Just go in as a support class and setup that won't die to some weak ougis so you can at least contribute.

They are fairly easy. You play through the story chapters which are easy. bosses have 80k hp for the easy one and 120k for the harder one but they don't hit too hard. The hard boss drops 2 gold trade in items and 3 to 5 silver trade in items. Sr weapons cost 5 silver items for the first trade in then 15/20/25. Each event has 1 or 2 SR characters and you get them after beating the story and trading for a certain sr weapon. Ssr weapons use gold and silver trade in items but the ones in the first side Story are not worth trading for.
The shop also has half pots which costs 2 gold trade in items. These are worth getting as doing hard costs 20 ap which nets you 30 ap. You can only trade for a total of 20 pots.
