Why is no one talking about these being legal now?

Why is no one talking about these being legal now?

Who gives a shit about R33's? Nobody, that's who.

The R33 is the least desirable of the 32/33/34 trio. Which is a shame as I think it's the prettiest.

sentras have always been legal

Because getting one stateside is still pointlessly expensive for the fanboys that want them.

i actually love the r33 looks the best

Kek

wrong

They're less hyped than the R32 and R34, are slower and heavier than the previous gen Skyline, and are considered by most people as the least attractive of the 90's Skylines.

Because the GTR still has two more years before it's legal. Nobody cares about anything other than the GTR

The one in OP's pic maybe. It's hard to find one that hasn't been given the fast and the furious treatment for a decent price.

In GT-R trim, yes. The lower grade models don't look nearly as nice as the 32 or 34 do though.
While it isn't a GT-R, the R32 GTS-t is still a pretty nice looking car. The R33 GTS looks too soft.

i think it looks more baller

>WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS 25 YEAR OLD JAPANESE SPORTS CAR THAT SELLS FOR AROUND $15K-$20K+ ON THIS BOARD WHERE MOST OF THE ANONS CAN BARELY AFFORD A $5K SHITBOX.

Please kill yourself. Anyone who can afford one of these is busy working or enjoying their life. Not shitposting on Veeky Forums talking about "why is no one talking about these being legal now wahhh"

tf you wanna talk about you retard?

I will have a lift like that one day.

its an expensive ass lift my guy

then i guess ill stick with a 2 post lift

Just talking about the GTR trims of all three cars

>better weight distribution than the 32 and the 34
>more aerodynamic than the 32 and the 34
>weighs 13lbs less than the 34
>longer wheelbase than the 32 and 34
>slightly better AWD than the 32
>can be had for less than $10k

It's a shame that a shitty Chinese cartoon made literally everyone in the car community think these things are shit, though it works for me because it made them cheap. They're the best looking too IMO

>can be had for less than $10k
The GTR??? Literally how

R33s are legal, you just need to spend the $50k federalizing them.

>can be had for less than $10k

Source.

>It's a shame that a shitty Chinese cartoon made literally everyone in the car community think these things are shit, though it works for me because it made them cheap.

What the FUCK are you talking about? What the fuck does ANY anime have to do with the value of this car you fucking fanook?

God damn you're retarded.

>paying $50k to federalize them when they only need to be 25 years old to be FULLY legal in the United States
>First production of R33 Skyline's were made in 1993, last R33 skyline's being made in 1998.
>So if a Skyline was built in March of 1993 + 25 years that means t would be legal in March of 2018

fucking idiot.

Has anyone else noticed that the bumper in OP's image is basically impossible to come by? I think they were mostly only made for the UK spec cars.

cUcKs spec.

1996-1998 coupes only. And it's not worth it if you have any sense of patience.

No. Because they're too busy shittalking it

Was talking about the GT-R specifically, champ.

>R33 GTR's weren't made in 1993

really stimulates the synapses.

my point still stands also

Mfw I see 100 of these in any given week.

Attached: hks_premium_day_18_dino_dalle_carbonare_51.jpg (1920x1280, 254K)

aint special because

1. it's not a GT-R
2. t's ugly as shit
3. its not desirable

also a 100 is an exaggeration.

Attached: GT-R LM.jpg (1600x900, 158K)

R33 is the only skyline I've driven besides 31 and fuck me its fun.

Attached: 1E5C2254.jpg (1920x1280, 2.34M)

Least desirable also means it's the cheapest.

Wrong. Not until 2020

The GTRs are 2020. Other trim levels can be had this year if you want a GTS25t.

I can only hope the R33 GTR is the cheapest to buy out of the three generations. I want to do a bare metal restomod to make my own singer-esque GTR.

Skyline is Jap import only, there is no UK spec.

Sheeeeit my dad does a whole turkey on a charcoal grill. Takes a long time and tastes delicious.

Middlehurst imported I believe a hundred or two hundred R33s that were official Nissan sales. Pic related.

I think the number was 100. There were also 100 UK spec R34 GTRs as well

They weren't. The BCNR33 didn't start until January 1995.

Fucking fanboys talking out of their assholes again

Attached: 1311603778372.jpg (323x323, 32K)

stimulates the synapses.
