sure except a lvl 100 mega rayquaza will one-shot anything in-game and even with a nox weapon you'll still miss depending on what you're fighting and it's not even the strongest weapon in-game

Well mega rayquaza can be stopped by a lot of things like nox.

It isn't the strongest thing in the game, overloads or maybe curses would be, and a nox bow isn't some massive magical upgrade over t80s or t85s.

if you do get scav3 put it on your melee gear, with scythescape in the current year it gets the most use by far

Not according to jagex's statistics, RS3's player base is larger but more casual whereas OSRS's is smaller and more dedicated.
And that's ignoring the fact that at the bare minimum 10% of OSRS isn't human.
