Assuming you get four weeks worth of log ins a month: 16 SQ and 4 tickets (9.3 summons)
Buy five tickets a month with prisms: 5 tickets (5 summons)
Log in every day for the 20 SQ every 50 days bonus: 10 SQ per month (3.3 summons)

The above times six, 105.6 summons. But there's also the first 75 and 100 day log in bonuses of 10 and 20 each, so 115.6.

And then there's events, whatever you have left if you get Tamamo early, SQ from clearing chapters/interludes until then, bond ups, etc.
