If city police this is probably the case, if state or county maybe not. They're bored ass traffic stop cops while city police actually have real shit to handle. Still don't box them in, best bet is to just move out of the way. If you don't want to a cop pulling you over don't be in front of one because the longer you are the more violations he can find.
