How do people already have all the lore?

I got like 20 hours and only 11 scrolls, I try to go for it every game but even with low levels I usually don't find it first.

Why is Clutch 3 times the size of Sorlag?

There's a chance you don't even get the scroll at the end. Many times I've gotten the scroll, heard the confirmation sound, and saw the text pop up on the screen, only to finish the match and get jack shit.

you can't get duplicates unless you have every scroll
once you have collected all of them you get 100 shards per scroll

I literally spent the first few minutes of every single match looking for the lore at all costs. I picked Nyx or Doomguy and specificially jumped and sped around to pots.

I learned where the highest clusters of pots were and all the possible locations that lore could be and went there immediately.

I tanked my KD ratio doing so.

I completed the lore by level 33.

it usually only takes 10-20 seconds to break every pot if you use anarki and know where every pot it.
you can switch to another champ after you found the lore, no reason why that should tank your k/d ratio.

also always pick Ruins of Sarnath since there are only 4 places where the lore can spawn (2 next to RL, 2 next to the eyeball). I feel like doomguy is the best since you can rush to these locations with your ability really fast.

Avoid Blood Covenant since it has the most spread out vases, and some of them are in unconfortable locations (there are 2 vases in between the stairs next to LG). In this map remember than the bookshelves next to the quad can be destroyed too, which can be a pain unless you have the RL. Most people don't know this so if you are in the middle of a match and hear "lore found" go as fast as you can to quad, most likely there was a gunfight and a bookshelf containing the lore was broken without them knowing.

Anarki doesn't have space traverse unless you rocket jump, and he doesnt have the escape you need to get around people either. Doom and nyx can avoid people like anarki can't.

In the end depending on the map and the players.

Occasionally the lore spawns in the bookcases for DM6. So you have to sometimes shoot out the entire fucking bookcase to get the lore to come out.

Not an exploit, just that once you've acquired all character lore future scrolls will award 100 Shards.

you can get the "win 10 matches in deathmatch" challenge for every champ you played in a match even if it was only for a few seconds.
get that rune challenge done for 3-4 chars at the same time.
win 10 deathmatches also counts the same as "win 20 matches in any mode" and "complete 50 matches". so you basically do a shit ton of challenges at the same time.

Well, Quake obviously but I play UT Alpha in duels and it's really really fun and exciting. UTA is underrated IMO and it's free so if you don't want to spend money go there.
