Seeing how the last couple of X.1 patches have mostly been on time. we expect early October like the 3rd or 10th, since the live letter is happening in late September during the TGS. The only reason why 3.1 wasn't in October was cause of of their vacation after release. It also wouldn't be on the 30th cause it isn't a Tuesdays and most big patches end up on Tuesdays, so if it was that late in the month it would be the 31th. The latest we might see is the 17th, but i really doubt they push it back another month since they haven't pushed back any before and they seem to stick towards their 3 months patch update. Besides for 3.1 were they took their vacation after heavenward release.
