They have a lot of draw and tutor to work with. The pendant skeleton itself is pretty strong at burning boards down. They only need satan with Python being consistency despite rider and damnation hitting harder and dread gives an additional way to cover the play. Due to not requiring earthshock to win they can afford ethica for the most consistent ramp you can have.

Remember how WD made pretty much all ToG decks irrelevant at release? The only reason why we started seeing ToG and RoB strats again is because they nerfed a lot of WD cards during the last 2 months. For the first month or so, Starforged decks will dominate the meta, only after the first and maybe second batch of nerfs will we see some old strats return

You can play a slow deck as much as you want, but nothing is stopping the other guy from playing a deck that ends it on turn 7-8

Romeo's text implies that we'll get more 3PP commanders in SFL (juliet?). He's a better grimnir and can/will help to promote a commandercraft deck. Commandercraft can't be a deck right now because we lack good low-cost commanders. So far, SFL wants to fix that problem, so we can only wait for now, but it seems very promising.
