People bitched about the D.va nerf (the armor one) for the longest time as well. If it's anything like that, we will probably be hearing them for a long time, regardless of how the change works out.

While this is true there is an interview of Jeff Kaplan saying that he doesn't want to overwhelm us with the story and he wants us to make our own stories about the OW universe and it's characters.With him being the lead developer, I believe he has the say on what is released and when.
i.e. they can't even bother to put something coherent out and they prefer throwing 10 page comics every few months to keep the retards like me satisfied.

I see it. That comic had several mistakes with the character designs missing, like Tracer's device gone in that image, wonder if any slipped in this time.

Better to play since i can survive more and get picks, but a hooked target still isn't focused and I can't seem to get the most damaging combo down right now.

Have a friend who played competitive TF2 and switched over to Overwatch (because hype). He is stuck in gold. It seems its really difficult to climb out of the rank you start with.

I got placed gold first time I played.
Climbed to diamond the first few weeks.
Never reached masters since though.

It's pretty easy to climb if you deserve it and most importantly if you grind competitive games.
You won't climb with 2 games per day.

Nah it will be completely ded in two months.
All work being done (skins, maps) is being outsourced to foreign studios and there is only a skeletal crew left working on the game in Blizz studios because the devs got pulled for the next big IP.
The OWL is dead on arrival and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
All the pros even Koreans are abandoning the game and playing CS on their free time to have a backup game to migrate to when OW dies.
Queue times are 5 minutes minimum for every single gamemode with the same 30 people coming up every time.

It's a dead mess.

Still not fixed? There was a quick patch yesterday that I thought fixed it, but I guess that was something else.
