I'd say -hp. Dampening two hits is more preferable to having slightly more hp but get hit way harder.

The squad assaults are difficult but the quests are extremely easy when they come out. They're quests like the monthly ones in the fountain and they'll give you everything you need to complete them if you dont have it (units and the like). Just be a little patient and you'll have a full set of seals soon.

I forgot tempest trials usually give you 2 seals. The mini might just give one cause its got less rewards. So tomorrow for that and then end of the month for the other seal rewards.
