It makes me kinda glad there's crazy behavior from criminals here and crazy police chases are allowed to persist because in other countries you wouldn't be able to even have a TV show called "Cops" or "World's Wildest Police Chases" and "America's Most Wanted" because it would be too boring to host in other countries because criminals rarely run and even when they do the roads aren't as open so they'd have to crawl around other cars and the police would more than likely just back off. in Japan they don't even chase beyond a certain point.

It's absolutely true. In order to be road legal any car registered can't be capable of doing more than 180km/h whether by drag or by a governor. For some retarded reason this applies to police cars as well. Just do a limiter delete and eventually they'll give up if you go any faster.
