What are safe things to sell on the Black Market? Last game I sold a bunch of solider corpses and couldn't build any exo suits until later in the game cause soldiers became so rare.

Super good. Collect Faceless corpses

Location isn't super important. GTS or resistance ring first. Then it's probably foundry or infirmary.

As a rule, you can't go wrong with this, but I'll give some tips.
For missions where you need to move fast to get to the objective, or the objective is hackable from a distance, consider taking a reaper or specialists.
Some missions all you need is damage. Stack up on 2 grenadiers, maybe three. Any mission without lost, multiple grenadiers is never a bad idea.
For lost missions, make sure you have someone who can reliably handle them. High aim marksman, reaper, skirmisher, specialist, they will all do the trick. Rangers can handle up close.
For any mission, try to bring someone with concealment perks. Ranger with concealment specs or a reaper.

Commander I'd say. Even when you get all the good shit you can still fuck up and get punished for it. Veteran is too easy and you can just blunder through it without encountering many issues. Legend is a meme.

Yeah, I've done it on several campaigns.

Guaranteed damage + destroy cover + splash damage.

veteran is a good starting place if you're new to xcom 2, but commander is the most balanced difficulty I'd say (most fun overall, too). legend is just bullshit

According to my luck if a shot isn't 100% against an enemy with even the slightest amount of dodge the attack is getting dodged everytime.
