There are files in the game for Dabura and Buuhan absorbed that someone datamined. When I was editing aura settings there were two extra aura slots, too. One with Towa/Mira's demon aura (Dabura is Towa's brother) and the other with Majin aura. I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped development on it, though.

They recommend level 90, but you really don't need to follow that. You could waltz in as a level 1 if you really wanted to.
Leveling beyond 80 is kinda a pain, your best bet is to do EM16 or 17 over and over with 40 Ton Weights equipped until 86 or 87, then grind the Dragon Balls and wish for 3 levels over and over.
