post everything wrong with your car

>burns atleast a quart of oil every 500 miles
>3 of 4 wheels curbed by previous owner
>huge cigarette burn in the middle of the driver seat, plus big rips on the side
>trim in back seat and trunk with failing mounts
>tire pressure sensor missing
>squeaky front suspension over speedbumps
>5 cyliders, 21 mpg
>not even torque to go up small hills with more than 2 small people in the car
>skid plate manages to come off of the car at random times while cruising
>castrated, sludgey triptronic 5 speed
>2.4l, 168hp (??), maybe ~130 making it to the wheels and even less after instruments

i love her

>abs sensor shot
>tcs doesn't work as a result
>brakes skip at low RPM due to shot sensor
>bondo'd front bumper
> spiderweb crack on rear bumper
>ashtray broken
>rear wiper jet doesn't work
>FR wheel curbed and missing center cap
>hatch open light blinks constantly
>hatch opens on bumpy roads sometimes
>infamous steering pump failure it was recalled for
I love it though, handles like a dream. Not mine but identical

>hatch opens on bumpy roads sometimes
keked

>Nothing

it's annoying. I should replace the rear latch altogether when the weather warms up. Sometimes it stays shut for days, and other times the first pot-hole opens the trunk and turns the overhead lamp on, making me look like a moron, especially at night.

Wait for it . . .

It's impossible to being up on Veeky Forums without a bunch of jealous bus riders posting fake news about it.

what the fuck did i just read

Attached: 047.gif (388x394, 33K)

Ahahah

Leaking oil
Belt squeal no matter what I do
Power steering pump failing
Rear diff leaking
Dent in rear bumper
Taillights cracked
Brakes are mushy and warped
Torn CV boots
Windshield chipped
Door speakers blown
Drivers seatbelt hangs

I might fix some of this if I wasn’t about to get rid of it

I'll be the one laughing when your car depreciates to 10k within the decade.

it'll be better off than the ST that depreciate 10k in 2 years

>previous didn't know how to park, so curb rash for days
>scratches and scuffs galore from living in a city
>makes more power than a stock one due to tune and downpipe, but still slower than a bunch of its direct competitors
>evap system is a nightmare
>needs new tires but too lazy to go get them since they're a bitch to get for a good price
>its the first year of production Hyundai started trying to make somewhat performance oriented cars
>everyone wants to race me in their wrx and mustang but I can't because I'll lose

Still love my car. Turns on a dime and the added power from stock really made a difference. Don't experience wheel hop anymore for some reason.

>driver door lock is fucked
just annoying desu

Please try again, but this time slowly and in english.

More like it'll depreciate 10k in a decade

>muh buzzwords
>being this assblasted because you financed a meme car

I see we've moved past denial and are now experiencing anger user.

Is one typo really that much to short your circuits? The letters are right next to each other on the keyboard but nope, can't possibly decipher it.

>mists up if heating isn't on full even if AC is turned on as well
>loves to burn through DRLs
>blew tons of fuses when installed LED tail lights
swapped the DRLs to LEDs to see if they last longer

touch wood that's going to be the only issues with it.

Problems:
>rust

That's about it.

Oh and the headliner. Starting to sag. I need to replace the headliner. Oh and I can't really go over 75 without worrying I'll die. Oh and between 45-60 it can get death wobble that I should probably do something about. Oh and the heat doesn't work. No A/C either. Oh and I don't think I've had windshield wiper fluid for at least a couple years. Oh and the thing that holds up the trunk hatch won't hold it open. Oh and I probably need new brakes. Oh and the only thing that's going to get the trailer hitch off is a torch. Oh and I need some new rear springs. Oh and when I roll the drivers window up the motor cranks after it closes. Oh and the headlights are pathetic.

All in all though, the only thing I consider to be a real problem is the rust.

Pic is not mine.

Is one mistake that completely distorts the meaning of the sentence and makes it illogical really that much to short your circuits? The letters are right next to each other on the keyboard but nope, can't possibly decipher it.

>mists up if heating isn't on full even if AC is turned on as well
well VAG is making great progress. 1991 polo misted up no matter of heater's state and AC was not an option.

>some oil/coolant leaks into the exhaust manifold, causing blue and white smoke to come out when going uphill in reverse
>door sometimes locks by itself when you open it to get out
>washer fluid takes several seconds to pump out and the pressure is weak
>it's a fucking early 00s Kia

I wish there were Honda's for sale in my area, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten this boring fucking car.

to be fair a lot of what's on the UP! is based around the MK4 golf and polo 6N2 so not exactly new, but i'm going to see if a desiccant bag will fix it

>ac doesnt blow on feet
>brake pad wear sensor went full retard

Attached: s203.jpg (3968x2240, 1.33M)

Buy better pads

>Class 2 oil leak
>Gauges float
>Needs brakes
>Bushings torn

Other than that, it's solid

Attached: 00505_2BmOVQLEfUE_1200x900.jpg (1200x900, 169K)

no the sensor went bananas
I ripped it out today thinking if it wasnt there no problem but it turns out you actually need to keep the curcuit whole instead the other way around and I trew it away so cant even just twist the wires now

There's a 5spd Kia Spectra in my area for sale for $1,995. It's 2004 and 156,000 miles.

I think it is something royally fucked up with it but I've never even gone to look at it in person

2.0t?
wait until you start spewing black smoke like a diesel and you find out you need to replace the entire engine :^)

>>brake pad wear sensor went full retard
I had this problem, along with a dozen more, with my MB. I just fucking ignored it

Mercs have electronic sensors for fucking brake pads??

Why am I not surprised...?

Yep. All kinds of stupid electronic gadgets that break. This is why you don't buy a used merc, bmw, or worst all, audi, folks

Rockers have some rust
Power steering pump pully is bent
Leaks through a part of the windshield
Wiper resivoir pump doesn't work
Needs painted badly
Guy who owned it before me took off the plastic accents and Bondoed over the boltholes.
Lights don't flip up
A/C doesn't work
And I love it. Pic isn't mine, but same color

Attached: supra5.jpg (640x480, 46K)

I love MkII's.

What's up with men loving their broken toys?

>he doesnt have a brake pad wear sensor
is your car from 1970s?
>new sensor costs 3 euros
>"I just ignored it"

Attached: IMG_6688.png (363x364, 8K)

Personally, I enjoy fixing shit like my MkII. It destresses me.

My car uses the mechanical sensors from the pads I purchase.

>leaking oil, no idea where from
>think the power steering is leaking too
>needs new tires badly
>sunroof doesnt tilt up
>mirrors won't adjust up or down, just left or right
>gauge pixels are dying, lit itself is dim as fuck too

probably going to have to put about 3-5k into it in the coming months. worth it.

>bmw reliability

1994 Mazda Protege, 282kms.

-Been burning oil since 180kms. Leaks oil all over the driveway.
-Needs a new cat every two years to pass e-test because the cat keeps getting oil fouled.
-Rear strut towers rotted away a few years ago, repaired on the cheap and they will fail again eventually.
-Can't fill gas to F all the way, leak somewhere, make do with filling half way to full.
-Windshield cracked at the bottom.
-Since windshield is fucked, use old wipers.
-License plate light wiring is screwy, they are either on or off depending on the position of the trunk lid. Right now the left one works when closed.
-Exhaust is getting rusty, I'm not replacing it again.
-Auto transmission sticks in first gear until it gets warmed up after about 10 mins in extremely cold winter weather.
-Serious frame cancer (thanks Ontario) with a hole behind the left rear tire.
-Front struts were shit when I bought it, didn't bother with them.
-Thousands of dollars in repairs over the last few years, can't go a few months with some other shit breaking. Even when sitting idle its still failing apart.
-Headliner gets bubbly in areas during damp weather.
-Drivers seat showing wear.
-Hole in the trunk where a plug rotted out, covered by a rubber dish glove.
-A/C long since busted, clutch bypassed with different belt.
-Car is so fuckin old now yards don't carry them, pretty much all rusted away by the early 2010s. Even parts from the Mazda dealership are getting harder to source.

Positives:
-Great visibility, low slung dash with no air-bags.
-No fuckey ABS, standard disc/drum set up.
-Roller windows and manual locks and mirrors that all work fine.
-Nimble in snow and tight city streets.
-Larger 15" wheels/tires made the ride a little better, not to mention harder to find 13" tires these days.
-Still gets good fuel econ.
-Gauges and lights still work.
-Heat didn't work when I got it, fixed it and its great in the winter.
-Enough power for highway rides.
-Good leg and headroom.

>ecu randomly idles the car at 1500 rpm for the first 5-10 minutes of work
>plastic door panel on the driver's side hit the fender panel and bent it in such a way that the door started hitting it (fixed)
>said plastic panel fell off
>right passenger door is heavy
>rear seat is ruined from dog vomit
>matte finish on dashboard was ruined by a dodgy air freshener liquid spill
>rear window washer fluid squirter does not work
>glove box entirely taken up by owner's manual
>3 out of 4 roof rack caps are missing
>spare tyre space too small for wheels
>4 bulbs on the 3rd stop light don't work
>4 out of 6 dash buttons are blank
>trip computer/clock adjusting dial is a dust magnet that can't be cleaned as dust is deposited behind the clear cover
But other than that, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car

>transmission shifts out of reverse a bit hard
>chrome plastic trim on shifter surround is peeling
>rock chips all over front bumper and windshield from highway use
>consistent P0430 code which i reset and ignore at least once a month
>very small oil leak from bank 1 exhaust cam seal (i think)
>parking brake cable is a little loose and i have to mash the pedal to the floor to get it to engage
>tint on the rear corner of driver's window is peeling
>small dent on the back of trunk lid
>rear speaker cover rattles
it's been surprisingly good to me so far and i am enjoying the comfy car life

Attached: 20180319_193018.jpg (2125x1196, 651K)

Why don't you retards just buy Toyotas?

Needs new head gasket. Shocks busted causes tires to wear down quickly. Interior trim has been torn to shreds. Seat belts barely work in the back. The speakers were cut so bluetooth speakers are now used. Burns through gas way to quickly. E brake sensor broken. But perfect DD shit box
