These two share the same platform so basically all that matters in comparing them would be exterior design

Which do you personally prefer Veeky Forums? Inb4 get a Fiesta instead.

Get anything with v6 or v8

too poor to buy a fun engine

personally i think they both look like shit
get whichever is available in your preferred colour

Get a Fiesta instead.
Or a Corsa VXR Nurburgring
Or a Clio 220

The Polo looks almost sleek to the bloated and obscene Seat

pic related.
>higher build quality
>better reliability
>base models are way better equipped
>most spacious and practical hatchback by far
>1.5l VTAK with 130hp and a manny tranny optional

No reason to buy anything else aside of faggotry or poverty

the third one AKA "the less overpriced VAG piece of shit".
Still overpriced though.

ibiza
as it has the 1.5 evo, while the polo still hasn't got it yet, but also it looks better, and it's cheaper.

>corsa
only if you're a chav

>Or a Corsa VXR Nurburgring
This is the right answer

>check jazz prices in pooland
>basic civic is cheaper than basic jazz

The Corsa is a good option though, regardless of how Essex it is.
>mechanical LSD
>Bilstein suspension
>Brembos
It's the best standard set up of any small hot hatch on the market right now, the only problem is that the drivetrain doesn't handle added boost well and the gearbox is a bit ropey.
If you want to crank the boost up then the Fiesta is the best option, people have got the power well into the high 200s without it going boom.

Seat. It's well known that Seat and Skoda make better use of VW's platforms.

They’re making a Polo R? Muh diiiick. Even though the mk6 polo looks shit it looks better than the 7.5 golf and theoretically you could tune the absolute shit out it since it’s now got 2 litre ea888. If it’s between a polo gti the gti equivalent of an Ibiza I’d go the Ibiza

What is it with you fags and buying hatchbacks? They're ugly as sin and no fun to drive.

ok

>I can’t do skids in one and no jdm hatchbacks were popularised

theyre europeans

The EK9 and EP3 are enormous meme machines though

>Blocks your path

>Fiesta
Enjoy the replacement turbo and gearbox every 10k

Skoda.
Especially with that being the FR and R version, a mid-class Octavia is the same price.

Because why would I get an ugly sedan? A compact hatch is perfect for me.

>gearbox
The Fiesta has a poor reliability reputation in the US because they had a DCT made of Milky Bars
The ST is only available in manual so no problems there, not that you'd actually want one in auto anyway

it's the R-line trim, it'll max out with a 1.5TSI EVO engine later this year, but currently only comes with a 115PS 1.0TSI, but for about £3k more you can get a polo GTI
