Roy is pretty fun when you get his Galeforce meme going but Lucina is useful in just about every situation so I'd go with her.

I actually have an extra +Atk -Def Cecilia as well, and while it's true it's a lot stronger, I chose +speed because when merges are considered I think the speed gain is more valuable.

I still need a boat load of feathers and SI to get everything 100% complete and long term merges also, but I'm very happy with this game and what it has provided me.
