That shit was fucking dark, I hope it stays dark. Heaven's Feel and the 3rei movie give me hope, but the removal of Vlad and the inclusion of a bunch of other elements seem like they're poised to make this a more run-of-the-mill Fate entry. Like, I hope they stress that Hakuno is not a hero, just someone with a fierce will to survive who is ashamed that he has to kill people with actual hopes and dreams (however twisted) just so he can live another week only to find out that the existence he so consisted was pretty much just a glitch in the system...and in spite of that, his Servant still loves him.
