Make +Arts on skill 1 last longer than a single fucking turn. Make the +Def on skill 2 apply to the party and change Charm to something else. Change skill 3 so it does something else instead of Guts but keep the attack debuff (if it doesn't last 3 turns it should). Siphon off about 2800 of her HP and put it on her attack power.

Couldn't hurt for them to make it so that every class except Berserker/Ruler/Avenger does 100% damage. There's a lot fundamentally-fucked about this game and certain servants that DW is never going to address.
