to join spectator have to play medic, they battle it out and the winner gets to pick a player first. The most common way to pick is to have players pick. Captain's pick exists too but it's pretty boring since it ends in one team being stacked more often
than not. In players pick the person gets to pick a player when it's their turn, team takes turns picking. Classes are picked once everyone has been picked.
