This is a lie. Everyone engaged in PVP (which is essentially the only potentially fun part of the game) not only has a massive real experience advantage but also has a character skill advantage. Even if you spend months training the skills you still need practice to git gud, which is impossible because there is nobody of a similar experience level to practice against.

too slow, even with a compact 1mn ab, a 400mm plate and 3 trimarks only gets you 517m/s. Most frigs are going to be flat out faster than that and if they have a scram on you and you're MWD fit they'll just get away.
