1. Dshift is faster than Aegis, encourages faster games and decks than Aegis (something cygames wants)
2. More people like playing Dshift compared to Aegis, this means Dshift is more effective in general at encouraging fast decks since there's a high chance to run into a Dshift deck at any time
3. Noobies absolutely fucking hate Aegis to the point the deck got the first and so far only nerf aimed at sub-A ranks matches, cygames for obvious reasons don't want to give more support to a deck that frustrates noobies and makes them more likely to stop playing

The difference is that Harmony doesn't have rush, and another difference is that Harmony prevent you from dropping other followers, hence you can't 1-2-3 Alice. Even if it is 3/3 it won't be play in tempo. In control maybe, and is much needed.
