>Juna: " Damn, Juna doesn't even say anything. >Kurt: "So In the end, your heroism depends on your Divine Knight". I think Kurt's quote here ties in with his earlier quote about how Rean isn't as strong as he heard. Maybe Rean can hide his powerlevel now?
Pre-order her game and give her back her Crossbell.
Luke Martinez
>nishit
Noah Reed
Kurt could also mean that anybody would've been a hero if they had Valimar.
Grayson Johnson
Kurt is just a butthurt teenager, I wonder if he said that before or after getting his ass kicked by Rean.
Owen Hughes
How does the church even enforces its policies of ''gib artifact'' in Erebonia? it seems to be that Osborne would just tell them to fuck off, now even more with panzer soldats and divine knights around.
Justin Gray
>this entire scene >that complete change in Lloyd's attitude Tears were shed.
Aiden Allen
They will brand him as a heretic and come directly for him.
Ayden Phillips
So what did you think of Azure arbitrator?
Logan Brooks
uh yeah Osborne doesn't want to fuck with the church. I guess you never played 3rd or any games with church party members. They don't fuck around, and they have TONS of assets to destroy you with.
Owen Morris
Calvard when?
Jace Jenkins
English version when hatsu?
Blake Baker
It was, in fact, fantastic. I don't think any final boss theme in the series can beat it so far, although Dreamy and Boisterous Holy Land comes close and To a Glimmering Tomorrow has extreme power in its context.
Aiden Price
I love Klaudia
Benjamin Scott
...
Julian Sanders
Are you ready for punished Rean?
Samuel Garcia
I'm tired of the coldsteel the hedgehog, to be honest.
Jeremiah Carter
Rean will get their respect once he unleashes the darkness inside of him.
Nathaniel Green
>The nu-Class VII standing behind him Okay which one is he going to murder after he loses control? Ash?
Ayden Young
Duvalie, since they fight them apparently.
Justin Reyes
DELET. Duvalie is for bullying, not death.
James James
Maybe Rean is stuck underperforming because he needs to constantly keep le epical dark demon flame master mode down?
Brayden Roberts
I have to wonder WHY he's losing it there. Class VII doesn't look like they're in any trouble. Nobody's on the ground. They're all just standing there far behind him.
Asher Diaz
You literally have no context for what's going on at that moment, of course you don't know.
Jason Young
Rean generally only loses it when there's some emotional weight on top of him, particularly if someone he cares about is in danger. We've never seen him just lost it without someone being on the ground or in danger. This seems very out of place.
Gavin Perry
>I... can't... control... the darkness inside me.... UOOOOOOO Dark Rean will never stop being embarrassing.
Wyatt Allen
>kojima cocksuckers are also csfags poetry
Jaxson Rivera
Literally who buys all this
John Mitchell
Based Rean putting those shitty brats in their place.
Zachary Clark
It's already been established in the very early info he's started losing control.
Dylan Sanders
>I will... run no more....
Ryder Wilson
You'd be surprised.
Jose Evans
He's not wrong though. Nobody remembers the non-Valimar schmucks like Machias, Gaius, Fie, Emma, Millium and Elliot, while Alisa, Laura and Jusis are only publicly known because of their positions. Valimar is 90% of Rean's hero status.
Jacob Peterson
He doesn't just "lose control" for no reason dumbfuck.
Kevin Russell
I still find it bullshit that Rean was able to control his ogre mode a bit just by talking to Alfin
Eli Gonzalez
So what are the chances the big incident has Rean join Osborne officially rather than pussy footing about?
Alexander Thomas
>Joshua won't run no more >Rean is still running Man... truly shows the effect a Bestelle has.
Alexander Peterson
This is such a shameful moment for me, but I'm attempt number 100000 on the last boss of Cold Steel 1.
Be warned, if you haven't beaten it because I'm about to spoil the shit out of the game:
I can't beat the Azure Knight. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm hitting his critical spots with every attack, then following it up with rush and a normal link attack otherwise. I use the defensive dodge-and-guard-and-counter ability that costs 90 CP (as the game threw me the hint to use if after defeat number 21989).
Still, the closest I've ever gotten to this faggot is 3/4th of his health gone before he finishes me off. And he starts spamming meme-moves around that time too which do like 1/3rd of my total health and it's not like I can keep the guard-craft up 100% of the time either.
Is this fight just luck? Does Rean's Knight scale of his stats or something, and I'm just criminally underleveled? I might be making shit up in my head at this point but Crow becomes the Lord of the Dance at around 25% remaining HP and I just can't seem to him his critical spots at all anymore.
While my guard-craft can't seem to dodge shit... Is there a technique to this fight?
I have never asked for help on a single enemy or boss in this game and it shames my family that I have to do so now, but I just can't fucking beat this clown.
Michael Rogers
Let's be honest Falcom wouldn't dare to do something thay drastic for beloved Rean
Gavin Nguyen
The same people who buy Shining pom bait, even though the game is pretty generous with levels already, and gives you a few for free.
Isaiah Flores
...
Michael Mitchell
It was more like he accepted it was necessary i order to win at that moment, even then it didn't seem like he was nearly as strong as when he just goes full apeshit in anger.
What level are you? If you're below 70 on nightmare, it's going to be really annoying to beat.
Tyler Morris
This is why I always tell people to grind until level 68 before the final boss.
Christian Rivera
If you aren't Level 68 or higher by the end of Nightmare you probably don't have enough raw stats. Anyway as long as you have double STR buff when you do Valimar's burst and don't get unlucky with Crow's links you should barely be able to scrape by. Only time you should use your guard craft is when Crow starts charging up for Criminal Edge
Sebastian Hernandez
MUH
Luis Brooks
Literally get good. First, never EVER use any crafts other than Qinggong. The dodge craft is worthless because it cost so much and yet pays so little. Second, do NOT use your Rush attack. Save it for when he starts using his bullshit Defensive Stance.
The key to the fight is to end it as quick as possible, not draw it out longer by using the dodge craft. That's why you use Qinggong.
Eli Foster
I think the Azure Knight also has perfect guard in one of its stance. Don't do anything because you'll be fucked really hard.
Isaiah Ward
He solo'd Crow after clowning a handful Ouroboros members. This is the Crow that BTFO'd him, Laura and Fie without breaking a sweat a couple months earlier. That's his biggest feat of strength in the entire series.
Nicholas Bailey
Petit women are cute.
Carter Young
>The dodge craft is worthless because it cost so much and yet pays so little.
Literally bullshit. If you buff up to 50% on stats, and get enough CP to use while the buff remain active, you'll get a lot of damage in, if you can manage to pair it up with a super attack, even better.
Grayson Allen
But it wasn't just talking to Alfin. It was a gradual process of getting whooped by Victor and Crow and clowned on by Bleublanc in the drama CD
Jonathan Gomez
The Church is the only institution as powerful as Ouroboros, if not more. The Grandmaster and the Pope seem to communicate directly with one another since they have a deal where Ouroboros won't send Enforcers and the church won't send their knights to Crossbell. Also Cornelia can take on Arianrhod one on one.
Dylan Foster
>Cornelia
Kevin Sanchez
He didn't fuck them up though. The fight was more like on stalemate, and many months later they were much stronger, i mean Vulcan could stand up and do that aura thing, but when you beat C in that one, he's the only one tired, while Class VII is standing, and has to use the robots explosion to get away.
Crow is pretty strong, but he's not that ungodly strong.
Ian Jones
Carnelia* No idea why I fucked that up.
Mason Price
Retards Mouthbreathers Weeaboos Sonyggers
Charles Brooks
>Also Cornelia can take on Arianrhod one on one. that's just groundless assumption
Nathan Reyes
>implying It's worthless because it relies so much on luck. It's not 100% guaranteed that you'll get a counter, and it cost a whopping 90 CP. Qinggong meanwhile is just 45 CP, and using it twice will boost your stats a lot. It helps to end the battle quicker. As for why ending the battle quickly is essential, it's because you can only heal twice. And there's only so many CP you can get by tanking Crow's attacks.
* Patrick T. Hyarms - Returned to his family? * Sister Rosine - Officially a sister, and an influence on the story. * Warrant Officer Alan - Joined the military. Still friends with Bridget. * Vivi - Now a journalist. There's a scene with her teasing Rean and the students. * Ferris Florald - Now a shop keeper? * Becky - A merchant. * Mint - A mechanic at the Branch II school.
Kondo's comments: Patrick appears from the opening and has an affect on Rean and the others repeatedly. This story will shine a light on Rosine being a squire in the Gralsritter. [You should] pay attention to the movements of other individuals within the church. Mint is now involved in the soldat and Divine Knight maintenence, having wanted to work with Schmidt's exchange program.
Other graduates that have not been revealed will also show up in the game, and they will have surprising connections to previous characters from the series.
SYSTEM
* Fishing The system has been completely changed. The system presents itself when you press the O button upon finding a fishing spot.
* Vantage Master Midway through the game, you will obtain a deck of cards for this game you can play. You use attack cards and you win by taking your opponent's stamina to 0.
Kondo's comments: Vantage Master is the card game that will replace blade. It's a classic-style war-type card battle game based on the earlier SRPG Falcom title called Vantage Master.
Evan Torres
>Alfin: Elise told me that she loves you and that your friends told her that they love you This has gotta be the least impressive scene in Falcom history. You'd think the big moment where Rean (tries to) stop being a faggot bitch would be a little more personal and impactful.
Jose Evans
I think it would be interesting to see him side with Osborne, despite his beloved students being all anti-Osborne and his old classmates being skeptical of Osborne. Him joining up with Osborne wouldn't go completely against his character, but at the same time would 100% put him at odds with everyone he knows and likes.
Carter Young
...
Anthony Wright
I'm pretty sure it's stated in Ao, could be wrong though.
Caleb Ward
Mint is too fucking cute.
Carson Baker
Fuck, I'm only 65.
Does it really matter THAT much?
Luis Roberts
>Still friends with Bridget. >Friends with Bridget >Friends
I thought this faggot had manned up. How is she not his fiance yet?
Brandon Reed
Class VIII: Maya, Gustav, Jessica Schleiden; Class IX: Pablo, Luize, Kairi.
Zachary Brown
The artist is improving, notice the proportion of v bangs slowly declining and more hairstyles and faces appearing. Took him long enough.
Caleb Bennett
Well, yeah. It does. The Knights scale in a bit of a peculiar way, meaning that the sweet spot is literally 67 on normal, 68 on hard and 70ish on nightmare.
Carter Diaz
Munk looks even more dead than he did at Thors.
David Harris
Patrick actually looks distinguished now. He doesn't look like an immature prick anymore.
Benjamin Garcia
Well, yes. Even using my strategy you'll still need luck to win it. Grinding isn't hard at that point though so just do it.
Andrew Bell
>Becky
Oliver Ward
Part of your problem might have been that you've built Rean to be functional in a GROUP environment. You can't build him like that for this part. Rean needs to be good SOLO.
Stack stats for all you're worth.
Oliver Long
>Does it really matter THAT much? Oh definitely. I beat the final boss at level 66 but it took so many goddamn retries.
Justin Johnson
If you didn't waste your shining pom bait that you get for free, you should level up to 66 with monsters, and then use shining poms to level further.
Noah Moore
Took me 6 or 7 tries to beat him on 65 on nightmare. Stack buffs and get lucky to avoid his link attacks.
Ayden Thomas
Okay guys, thanks the help. I'm going to quit being such a lazy-ass and grind the last levels. Thanks a lot boys!
Dylan Garcia
>Rosine >Becky
Sebastian Morris
Bottom middle looks like a semen demon, right looks like a feminine dick, Top right reminds me of Laura a bit, only more serious.
Caleb Baker
That cute girl(male) needs to grow out her hair and accept her new role in the world.
Nathaniel Rogers
I hope the bottom right is a boy.
Jaxon Perry
Top left is Musse's cute friend right?
Isaac Sanchez
I want to mating press Zessica/Jessica.
Andrew Green
ONE FACE N E

Zachary Peterson
Is Kairi a boy's name?
Ryder Cook
There was a picture of her hanging out with that green haired brown girl too.
Luke Foster
Do starting-buffs count? Like the %+ attack bonus for 4 turns? Does that work on the Knightmare too?
Grayson Gray
>"shota-faced" son of a baron who puts great effort in becoming a fine Erebonian man. Seems like it.
Levi Morgan
There's apparently a patch out for Ys 8. Fixes the staff roll being in Japanese except for the localization staff. Anyone see anything else fixed, Big Hole maybe?
Evan Jenkins
It is a boy apparently.
Is there any gameplay from this Vantage master game that Falcom made? Also hoping fishing is exactly like YS8, much faster and fun.
Jack Fisher
No, it doesn't. Qinggong is the only way to buff yourself in the Knight battles.
Cameron Butler
>Midway through the game, you will obtain a deck of cards for this game you can play Why did Crow abandon Blade for Vantage Master?
Michael King
Yeah?
Aiden Perez
* Maya (Lamarre Province, sniper rifle) -- black-haired sniper with a steady hand, familiar with Eastern culture. * Gustav (Mining Town Aragon, hand canon) -- dependent, gentle guy of a few words. * Jessica Schleiden (Nortia Province, spear) -- trustworthy noble, specialised in the spearmanship of the Schleiden School. Close to Juna and Louise. * Pablo (Kreuzen Province, rifle/s) -- parents run a workshop, on good terms with fellow mechanics, speaks in Kansai-ben apparently. * Louise (Remiferia, orbal gun) -- calm girl with glasses, specialised in telecommunication. * Kairi (Lamarre Province, Orbal Staff) -- "shota-faced" son of a baron who puts great effort in becoming a fine Erebonian man. * Leonora cares to treat fellow students as her little brother/sisters, particularly fond of Altina * Stark is a honours student, hails from Jurai of which he has a lot of details to share.
>spearmanship of the Schleiden School Why the fuck is she not playable!? Remove that slut Altina and give me a spear-wielding girl.
Christopher Clark
Yeah but that would basically remove Rean from the party and have the game follow someone else, or have spend the entire second half of the game solo with all 20 plus party members leaving him.
Blake Robinson
>Midway through the game, you will obtain a deck of cards for this game you can play What? Does that mean we can't play card games until 30 hours later?
