Druids are mediocre overall (worse than warriors on single target, worse than palas on AoE). The only place where druids are the best is Patch.

Can someone spoonfeed me with a shaman build that can heal dungeons at 60 to get pre-bis but also be able to survive wpvp 1v1s? Need to farm shit but end up in fights everywhere I go, which is fine except i can't afford to respec often at the moment. Hopefully later it won't be as big of an issue.
I have shitty gear for either primarily enhance or elemental, prefer to keep 21 in resto either way.
OR i guess my real question is:
is 21 in resto "enough" to heal 5mans or even ubrs? I'd be going full resto for raids.

It's a cliche but it's true, the "play what you want" thing.
The only real issue as far as race choices is dwarf priest for alliance, and as the content progresses that becomes less "mandatory", and realistically not many guilds are going to turn down a priest at 60 due to racials. And those guilds would already have their 40 tryhards dug in with poopsocks attached anyhow.

honestly shard farming isn't that bad and your raid will never expect you to more than so many, unless you are the only warlock in your guild. in which case enjoy the free loot.
