You can't expect a 3/3 to survive a turn on turn 6 or turn 7. At most this card means that forest can run 6 WotF, which I must say, is not bad, but still can't compete with other classes.

It doesn't have to survive but a 3/3 body at only 1 cost more than WotF is pretty significant. You drop it on 6 and it either clears their board or deals like 5-8 face damage on an empty board. Then on 7 you have your Double roach NG combo for 8 damage plus however many 0 cost cards you have.

Card suggestions have everything to do with the game. They can be absolutely retarded suggestions, but they are game related nonetheless.

It's a terrible card because you are the one committing to it by not spending PP while your opponent gets to play around it in the best way for themselves. If they have a cheap follower to sacrifice they can do that, or play an amulet or spell, or even in the worse case they can just hold back and play nothing instead of just throwing cards away. The example you gave with Dshift makes no sense because the dshift player is never going to drop levi just to have it die, he'll play sorcery cache or just cycle for those turns instead while you're not developing anything on the board.
